Shipping
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities: 2–4 business days
- Other locations across India: 4–7 business days
- Remote areas: May take up to 9–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on orders above ₹499. Orders below this amount may incur a nominal shipping fee, calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your delivery status in real time.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for sealed, unopened products in their original packaging. Due to the nature of health and wellness products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items unless they are damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return

- Our team will review your request and share pickup/return instructions.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed.
